Also avoid strenuous exercise that involves the area where the nails are pulled out, for example not doing running sports if the nails that are pulled out are toenails. For postoperative treatment, remove the nails, the bandages need to be changed regularly according to the doctor's instructions. The bandage also needs to be replaced if it looks dirty or wet.
